Massasoit and Elder

This photo shows an elder next to the statue of Massasoit (Massasoit Ousamequin), sculpted by Cyrus E. Dallin. This is the original statue, on Cole's Hill in Plymouth, Massachusetts (overlooking Plymouth Harbor and near Plymouth Rock).

This was part of the visit to Plymouth. See other photos and more about Massasoit here.
