The Old North Bridge

This photo shows Harden Young, Evan, and Arthur M. Richardson at the Old North Bridge in Concord, Massachusetts. The stone obelisk visible at the far end of the bridge marks the location where American colonial minutemen stood on April 19, 1775, during the Battle of Concord.

The arched wooden bridge with three horizontal side rails spans the Concord River, matching the historic 1875 architectural replica that stood at this site during the 1930s (before being replaced by the current wooden structure built in 1956).

Location: Minute Man National Historical Park, Concord, MA.
