Dear Nephew,
I think and pray for you often even if I never write. I am proud of the advancement you have made. Just continue on with the good work.
I went to the Temple yesterday did enjoy it. I haven't been but once since our baby was born she is past two years. I am going to try to go oftener if I can.
We went to Vinnie’s afterward for some dinner she cared for our children while we were gone too. I told Vinnie once that her mission on earth
was to help me and she surely does so when she can but I can get her interested in church work of any kind. I realize it’s difficult for her to always go alone then too she isn't a very good mixer and a big town is hard to mix in. I often wish I had her out here among our good sociable, plain people. There is absolutely no religion in Homa he won't even read a church magazine, so her life isn't the happiest.
She had a letter from Vivian lately telling of the real events in your family Reuel remarrying, Gerald engaged. I do hope they are going to have good companions it means so much I think. I’m surely thankful for mine. He is a real man true in every way to do right.
Your time is soon up I suppose it was springtime or nearly summer. Your next few months will be the happiest. I wish all boys would have the
desire to fill an honorable mission and work to that end. Nothing develops one more. I hope on your way home you come stay a few days have your parents here too and we can all go to the Temple one day. You tell them to plan to come stay a week when you come home.
I am surely busy try to keep up our housework help in Primary and Relief Society, have the literary lesson to give and have been a visiting teacher all the time then in a ladies chorus we practice each week. Hope you are getting along alright.
